ARTS ACQUISITION

1. Are the artworks available as prints?

All the works of the artist are original artworks; they are not reproduced unless they are explicitly mentioned.

2. Is a certificate of authenticity provided?

All artworks come with a certificate of authenticity that is signed by the artist. Furthermore, all editions (sketchbooks, art books, etc.) are numbered and signed by the artist.

3. The work I wanted is no longer available; can I commission a similar work?

The artist accepts commissions, so please get in touch if the work you love is no longer available. Read the terms and fill out the form HERE.

4. Are all the artworks available for purchase?

Not always, as sometimes they have already been sold. If the artwork has been sold, this is indicated on the artwork page (SOLD). If you are unable to find another work that you love, do not hesitate to get in touch, as the artist also accepts commissions. Read more HERE.

5. How can I check the size of the artwork?

The dimensions of the artwork are specified on the artwork page. Any further questions? Please get in touch; we’re here to help, and we can send you images to give you a better idea of the dimensions of the work.

6. How do I buy artwork on this website?

To buy an artwork, you have to click on the button “Add to Cart,” which is found on all artwork pages. You will then be redirected to your Cart. Once you have clicked “Proceed”, we will ask for your details to organise delivery and then ask you to choose your method of payment (debit or credit card, Paypal, Billplz). Once the payment has been processed, you will receive confirmation from our payment processor, either BillPlz or PayPal. We will then call you right away to confirm that your payment has been received.

7. What are the accepted methods of payment?

All major credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and so on), PayPal, and online banking (Malaysian banks) are accepted.

8. Can I cancel my order?

Of course. Before the artwork has been shipped, you can cancel your order by email. Once it’s been shipped, the cancellation period begins 14 days after delivery. If the work has been shipped, we will only refund you once the work has been returned to the artist in its original condition.

All orders within Malaysia are shipped via appointed couriers (POSLAJU, Pgeon, JnT, etc.) with following delivery estimation period:

The estimated delivery time listed above applies to major cities only. Delivery outside major cities may incur additional days. The artwork(s) are subjected to customs inspection and clearance. An additional 48 to 72 hours are required for items placed under customs inspection and clearance.

2. When will my artwork(s) be shipped?

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 p.m. GMT (excluding holidays) are generally shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. GMT or during holidays and weekends will be shipped on the next business day. Please note that during sale periods, orders may take an additional 1-2 business days to ship.

3. How do I track my orders?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please note that the tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched. You may as well find your tracking link on your Orders page. Beside, you may as well track your order using Track My Order page.

4. Will I have to pay additional taxes/duties?

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Generally, payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise on the exact amount of such charges since they are specific to each location.

5. How are the artwork(s) packaged?

The works are packaged by the artist and follow a standardised packaging process for paintings (poster tubes), which uses a polymer cylinder to store the works. We will ensure the work is properly protected during the shipment process.

RETURN POLICY

1. What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with the artwork you bought and will gladly refund or exchange your order within 15 days of receipt.

If you receive a damaged artwork(s), you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a repair, replacement, or refund.

Please keep in mind that made-to-order items, such as commissioned artwork and bespoke and made-to-order design elements, are not returnable or refundable.

Contact us as soon as you notice the damage. Take photos to show us the current state of the artwork, and we will make a decision together.

2. How do I return an item?

To return the artwork(s), please notify us through our Returns Form HERE and send the artwork(s) with the carrier of your choice to:

3. Can I exchange the artwork?

If you wish to exchange the artwork, simply let us know which replacement you would like, and we will make a decision together. Once we have received and processed your return, we will ship the replacement artwork to you.

4. How will I be refunded?

You will be refunded once the artwork has been returned to the artist. All refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used when placing your order. Please be aware that processing time can vary between different financial institutions and usually takes between 2 and 10 business days for the refund to reach your account. Your refund will exclude any additional shipping costs you originally paid.

5. What if my artwork(s) are damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the defect, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
